Acceptance of Terms
When you visit Elite Design Studios (The website), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions, and you consent to our privacy policy. If you don’t agree to any of the terms and conditions mentioned in this document, you should not go ahead with any service/products from us and leave this website immediately. You agree that you will not be making use of this website for unlawful purposes and will bear in mind all the laws and regulations. You agree to not use this website in a way that may impact its performance, corrupt the content, or in any way hinder the functionality of this website. You also agree to not compromise the safety of this website or try to enter restricted areas of this website.
You consent to be entirely responsible for any claim, liability, expense, costs, and losses that include legal fees by us which start from a violation of the mentioned terms and conditions.
Revision Policy
Elite Design Studios gives you assurance regarding unlimited revisions according to your particular packages. Clients can ask for revisions as per the package and no extra fee will be charged. However, the design and concept will remain identical and the customer can post revision on any one of the provided options. Revision on numerous options is either inadmissible or will be charged discretely.
- Normal Revision reversal time would be 48 to 72 hours for logo and website design.
- 3 to 5 days for video animations.
- The timeline for software, apps, and games may vary depending on the revision scope.
- The timelines for functionality and Development revisions may also differ contingent on the scope of work.
- The timeline for the revision of the digital marketing strategy varies upon the involved research, mediums, budget, and overall plan size.
New Order Turnaround Time
Turnaround time refers to the time in which your design concepts are furnished to your account area against your package purchase.
- For all logo new orders, the turnaround time is from 24 hours to a maximum of 48 hours.
- For packages with four or more logo concepts, the turnaround time is at least 48 hours after order confirmation and complete brief submission.
- In the case of new website design (home/index, including revamp designs), the minimum turnaround time is 48 hours after order confirmation and complete brief submission.
- The turnaround time, as pertains to website development (static website having 5 to 7 webpages), is between three to five business days.
- For all orders placed on Friday or Saturday, the delivery time starts on Monday.
- If you have chosen an illustrative logo (logos with an illustration element or illustrated design), the first concept will be provided within 48 to 72 hours of order confirmation.
Teamwork (Project Management)
Teamwork is a project management tool that helps our teams improve collaboration, visibility, accountability, and ultimately results for their assigned projects. Project management is about more than just getting the work done. It’s about delivering impactful results for your business. Make it easy for everyone to see what projects they’re working on, communicate with their assigned project manager, and plan what comes next — wherever they are.
After signing up for a project with us, the client will get an email with an invite for the Teamwork portal. The client will have to accept the invite and set a new password so that they can get in touch with their project manager with the communication needed to complete the project. Once the invitation has been accepted, the client can sign in to the Teamwork Portal.

Refund Policy
Elite Design Studios's refund policy will be nil if:
- You have chosen a special package.
- The primary design concept has been approved.
- You have demanded revisions.
- The website has been made live.
- The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the company.
- The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks of project.
- Company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.
- Other company or designer has been approached for the same project.
- The creative brief is lacking in required information.
- A complete design change has been demanded.
- The website copy/content has been approved by the client's end, given that they have purchased the service through us.
- The client has asked for revisions for website copy/content, given that they have purchased the service through us.
- The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ time span.
- The business is closing or changing name or business.
- Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’ or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
The processing and services fees will also be included in the total order amount at the time of sign-up. They are non-refundable and will appear separately in the client's statement. These charges won't be more than $3 regardless of the total order amount.
If a client subscribes for a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, a refund will only be applicable to that particular service and not the entire bundle.
The client will not be entitled to any refunds after 15 days from the date of purchase.
Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are not entitled to refunds under any circumstances.
In case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.
Note: Elite Design Studios holds all rights to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever it deems necessary. After the refund, you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose; they will be the sole property of Elite Design Studios. The company will be the rightful owner of the designs.
Mobile App Development Policy
Our refund policy will be nil if:
- The primary design concept has been approved.
- The app has been made live on test flight and approved by the client.

As soon as we receive your refund request, we will respond to it at our earliest. Once the required analysis is completed, we will initiate the process.
After you have received your refund, you will not have any rights to any designs submitted by Elite Design Studios. The information will be submitted to the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies to maintain legality.
Refunds
Elite Design Studios will make refunds of the project to the customer using the same payment methods that the customer used to make the payment to Elite Design Studios or via any other method specified by Elite Design Studios from time to time. Elite Design Studios determines that issuing a refund to Customer will avoid any dispute or chargeback.
Content Policy
Our content policy plays an important role in maintaining a positive experience for you, the client. For the usual websites and resume designs, all content (images, headings, copy, text, etc.) will be provided by the client. In case of resume design, a client has to provide complete personal information with biography, and we do not provide any sort of content services. For an e-commerce website, up to 10 to 30 sample products will be provided by the Elite Design Studios team, and sample product information will also be provided by the client, including product name, product price, product images, and shipping policy. CMS and e-commerce management will be handled by Elite Design Studios.
We use dummy text (Lorem Ipsum) in the graphics for previewing layouts and visual mockups.

Delivery Policy
The complete order will be sent to the mentioned account on the date stated on Order Confirmation, as well as a confirmation email will also be sent. The turnaround time will be according to the package, and the minimum time required is 2 business days. In case of an urgent order, contact our customer support team.
Record Maintenance
Elite Design Studios keeps records of finalized designs so that in case of any misplaced order, you will be provided with the exact file.
