Along with this, we need information in the creative brief to start working on your order. Google Analytics or a similar tool or service is also used for collecting this data.

First of all, the information we collect helps us to understand exactly what product you need and what special things you require in it, and secondly, the billing information is essential for the payment process. The email addresses are used for communication about order status, comments, and opinions, and delivery of the finalized product. Moreover, we may send emails of updates on the website, promotional offers, launch of a new product/service, and the latest news in the industry. This information also helps us to improve our marketing strategies and compile a record of the most selling products.

AMENDMENTS

Elite Design Studios may amend its privacy policy for more strict security concerns if needed. However, the entire amendments about personal information security concerns will be declared with a prior notice of the effective date of amended or updated privacy policies.

REVISION POLICY

There is a number of revisions based on your selected package, and you can demand as many revisions as stated in your package details. Since our major objective is to provide the best services to our customer, therefore, we do offer unlimited free revision until the customer gets 100% satisfied with our services. The standard revision will be 48 hours’ time.

REFUND POLICY

Elite Design Studios refund policy will be nil if:

  • You have selected a Special deal package.
  • Initial design of the package has been approved.
  • You have demanded a revision for a draft.
  • Cancellation has been made that is not related to company work.
  • You did not contact the company after placing an order above 2 weeks.
  • Customer violates policies or policy of a company.
  • Another company or designer has been approached for the same project.
  • The creative brief is lacking in the required information from the client.
  • A complete design change has been demanded.
  • The business is closing or changing names or businesses.
  • Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’ will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
  • If a client subscribes to a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, refund will only be applicable to that particular service and ‘not’ the entire bundle.
  • Client will not be entitled to any refunds after 15 days, from the date of purchase.
  • Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are not entitled to refunds under any circumstances.
  • In the case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.

Note: Elite Design Studios holds all rights to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever it deems necessary. After the refund, you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose; they will be the sole property of Elite Design Studios. The company will be the rightful owner of the designs.

CLAIM YOUR REFUND

To claim your refund, follow the following steps:

As soon as we receive your refund request, we will respond to it at our earliest, once the required analysis is completed we will initiate the process.

After you have received your refund, you will not have any rights to any designs submitted by Elite Design Studios, the information will be submitted to the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies to maintain legality.
