The timescale of any design project is often dictated by the client. If you have a deadline in mind we will endeavour to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation and completion of a new website is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client.

We have an initial meeting called a “Discovery Meeting” either in person or via the internet or telephone. In this meeting we discover all of your needs and requirements for your design project. The rest of our process can be completed with contact via email and telephone. We place suggested website designs onto the Internet in a private place where only yourselves and us can view the content. We then liaise with you regularly to discuss the web designs in order that the website design and functionality is exactly as you wish.

No. We discuss with you your website requirements and then price accordingly and once you have placed an order for your website design with us, that price is strictly adhered to.

Every website we create has an online content management system. This system easily allows you to make changes and updates to the content of your website. You can either update individual products/pages/services or particular sections of your website. e.g. company news.

Yes we provide web tracking software which records where you visitors are coming from and which pages they looked at, which search engines are being used, which phrases are being typed into which search engines and many more interesting web tracking facts which you should find useful for future marketing campaigns.

All designs belong to you – we send you a copy of your designs digitally. This copy is for your retention and should you wish to use another design or web hosting company – you are completely at liberty to take this copy to them for them to use.

Yes. We adhere to a company policy for our protection as well as the protection of the customer. Our Policy Is……1. Every effort will be made to ensure that the website and any scripts or programs are free of errors, Elite Design Studios cannot accept responsibility for any future losses incurred due to malfunction, the website or any part of it once the initial contract has been fulfilled.
2. The website, graphics and any programming code remain the property of Elite Design Studios until all outstanding accounts are paid in full. Any scripts, cgi applications, php scripts, themes, plug-ins or software (unless specifically agreed) written by Elite Design Studios remain the copyright of Elite Design Studios and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the permission of Elite Design Studios.
3. Three revisions are aloud for all designs. A revision is defined as a design change that is estimated to take less then two hours to complete. All additional work will be billed hourly at a rate of $120.00 per hour.
4. Elite Design Studios cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client. We reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material.
The client agrees to make available as soon as is reasonably possible to Elite Design Studios all materials required to complete the site to the agreed standard and within the set deadline.
5. A non-refundable deposit of at least 50% is required with all of our projects before any design work will be carried out. All one time design work and print work must be 100% prepaid. A one time design is defined as any design that has been commissioned and pre-approved and would not require a revision. Once a design has started the client is responsible to pay the full amount of the written or verbal contract and payment is then due in accordance with our payment terms and written or verbal schedule. There are no exceptions to this, i.e. if the client decides they no longer want the design item, as they have commissioned the work and paid a deposit they are still obliged to pay for the full balance of said contract. Non- payment will result in legal action being taken if necessary. Once full payment is received for a design, it is assumed that the project has been completed to the client’s satisfaction and no refunds can be offered. We do offer free updates for a month after completion to allow for any final amendments that may be required.
6. Elite Design Studios reserves the right to restrict access, remove, or disable any website or digital design with an outstanding balance that is more then 30 days past due. Exceptions can be made under certain circumstances and only at the client’s written request.
7. All payments made by the client to pay on their balance must take the form of a check, certified check, or money order made payable to Elite Design Studios. Credit card payments will also be accepted upon request and will take the form of an electronic invoice. Client refunds with be distributed when necessary and will take the form of a check. They will be issued within 90 days of agreed refund and will be mailed to the clients address on file.
8. These policies apply to all past, present, and future customers and clients of Elite Design Studios. Said clients or customers agree to the terms listed in this policy and acknowledge its existence upon sending a design deposit of any amount. The statements declared in this policy by no means are intended to persuade, intimidate or influence any one in any way. Consequently this document is intended to serve as a statement of company operating policies and procedures and always available upon request.
